Punctuation is a tool that helps us organise our thoughts and make them easier to review and share. Period, comma, apostrophe, quotation, question, exclamation, brackets, braces, parenthesis, dash, hyphen, ellipsis, colon, semicolon are the standard English punctuation marks.
