Theme of Revenge in Shakespeare’s “The Tempest”

“The Tempest” is a play that explores various themes such as love, betrayal, and revenge. The theme of revenge is particularly prominent throughout the play. Shakespeare uses various characters to illustrate the different facets of revenge and how it affects the individual and society as a whole.
